Schumacher Kitchen and Bath Studio, Inc. maintains a firm commitment to excellence in design for our clients. Realizing the vast choices of products available, our experienced designers will guide you toward solutions for your specific needs and desires. A design retainer enables your designer to devote necessary time in research and development to produce your final plan.

The retainer follows and covers these listed services:

• Planning survey

• Field measurements

• Working drawings consisting of a floor plan and perspective

• Specifications of appliances, fixtures, and equipment

• Complete job estimate

• One revision of the working drawings

Seller agrees that it will apply the retainer amount to the eventual purchase price to be paid by purchaser if: 1) Purchaser accepts the design plan, proposal and specifications which will be part of an installation agreement to be presented to the Purchaser; and 2) purchaser fully complies with its payment obligations under the installation agreement.

This contract may be canceled by the Purchaser within three (3) business days following the day of the execution of this agreement by giving written notice of recission to the Contractor/Consultant at the address given in this contract in which event Purchaser shall be entitled to a complete refund of the design retainer given to the Contractor/Consultant at the time of the execution of this agreement. If the contract is not canceled by the Purchaser within the aforesaid period, then Purchaser shall forfeit the retainer amount unless Purchaser satisfies the conditions of paragraph two in which case the retainer shall be applied to the purchase price as provided in such paragraph,
